Shareholders are referred to the “Operational Update and Further Cautionary Announcement” released on Sens on Monday, 11 May 2009 and published in the press on Tuesday, 12 May 2009.

Shareholders are hereby informed that, pursuant to the publicly communicated strategy of the board of directors of Metorex (“the Board”) to dispose of certain non-core assets to, inter alia, reduce Metorex’s overall debt levels, Metorex has received proposals in regard to certain of the assets which the Board may consider to dispose of in achieving its strategic objectives. 

Further announcements will be made should Metorex enter into specific agreements with regard to such proposals. 

Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their Metorex securities until a further announcement is made.
