Change to the Metorex Board of Directors

Further to the announcement released on Tuesday, 11 August 2009, Mr. A J Laughland has retired from the Board of Directors of Metorex with immediate effect.

Mr. Laughland’s retirement has been planned since August 2009 and the Company would like to thank him for his contribution to the Company as a director over many years.
