After more than a decade of development and stable operation, the mine has established a mature management system covering safety, environmental protection, and production operations. The operation is currently running at full production capacity under stable conditions.
Production Capacity
Kinsenda is a mixed sulfide–oxide copper orebody with total recoverable ore resources of approximately 11.22 million tonnes and a mine life of about 20 years. The underground mining capacity is 600,000 tonnes of ore per year, with an average ore grade of 4.5% copper.
The Kinsenda concentrator has a processing capacity of 600,000 tonnes of ore per year, producing approximately 55,000 tonnes of copper concentrate annually with a copper grade of about 50%.
The processing plant utilizes advanced industry-standard crushing, grinding, and flotation processes. Both recovery rates and concentrate grades meet international industry standards, ensuring stable production capacity and consistent product quality.

Main Products
The mine’s core product is copper concentrate, which is supplied to major smelting companies both domestically and internationally. With stable product quality and reliable supply capacity, Kinsenda has established a strong reputation and solid market position within the global copper industry value chain.
