The directors of Metorex advise that Mr AEG Trollip has retired after 30 years on the board and Mr Jan Vestrum has resigned to further his interest in Crew Development Limited. The board has pleasure in appointing Mr Rob Still as an independent non-executive director and Mr Edward Legg as an executive director, effective immediately.
