- RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
- Metorex shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 22 November 2004 and cautionary announcement dated 3 January 2005 and are advised that the Competent Persons Reports for inclusion in the circular relating to the Ruashi Copper/Cobalt project together with the additional independent reports are being finalised and that the circular is expected to be posted to shareholders early in March 2005. Metorex has availed itself of this additional time to undertake additional geological, metallurgical and mine planning investigations which have yielded confirmatory and improved evaluations on the project and has provided a higher level of confidence in the robust nature of the project.
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing in their shares on the JSE Securities Exchange South Africa until a further announcement is made.
